Chechen State University in Russia is one of the oldest higher educational institutions in the city of Grozny. Chechen State University in Russia was established in 1938 as a Teacher Training Institute by Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic to give students the ability to get a higher degree in Russia. Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) is a Russian federal state-owned higher education institution based in Saint Petersburg. It is the oldest architecture university in the country. Today, the University has been successfully upholding its glorious old traditions. Samara State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is a Russian state higher education institution, located in Samara, and since 2016 reorganized by joining the SamSTU in the form of a structural subdivision – architectural and construction institute (ASI SamSTU), and later the Academy of Construction and Architecture (ASA SamSTU). The Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building is located in Tomsk, Russia. The Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building (TSUAB) is one of the civil engineering universities in Western Siberia. TSUAB provides fundamental and applied training for students within bachelor, master, and specialist programs in architecture and civil engineering. The Tyumen State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (TyumGASU) is a public non-profit university. It is located in Tyumen, Russia. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country. TyumGASU provides fundamental and applied training for students within bachelor, master, and specialist programs in architecture and civil engineering. The university opened an architectural and construction incubator, providing undergraduates, master students, and young researchers with information, material, and technical and legal support for the realization of their creative projects and ideas.  The vocational school under the University has realized the training in a variety of primary vocational education specialties. The university staff takes an active part in research works in scientific and technical programs and grants, including those of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science, and of the Russian Fund of Fundamental Investigations, and presidents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Dagestan for supporting junior scientists and leading scientific schools.

Ural State University of Architecture and Art is situated in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation, that was founded in 1947 as a department of architecture at the Ural State Technical University. Later, in 1967, it was reorganized and became a study branch of the Moscow Institute of Architecture which later became an independent school of architecture originally named Sverdlovsk Institute of Architecture. It is one of the most prestigious schools of design and architecture in Russia. The Academy has twenty chairs, six study departments, and two study institutes. It is the best place to study architecture, to study engineering, and study IT in Russia.  Scientific research is traditionally undertaken in many areas of technical sciences.
