Chechen State University in Russia is one of the oldest higher educational institutions in the city of Grozny. Grozny State Oil Technical University is a public university located in Grozny, Chechen Republic, Russia. Grozny State Oil Technical University (GSOTU) was founded in 1920 as the Higher Petroleum Technical School, consisting of eight divisions, two of which were higher.
