Chechen State University in Russia is one of the oldest higher educational institutions in the city of Grozny. Chechen State University in Russia was established in 1938 as a Teacher Training Institute by Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic to give students the ability to get a higher degree in Russia. On September 1, 1938 Teachers Training Institute was transformed into the Chechen-Ingush State Pedagogical Institute in Russia with a four-year training period. In 1971 the educational institution in Russia was transformed into the Chechen-Ingush State University. In 1980 the University already had 8 study faculties to study economics and study management in Russia. In 1990 Chechen-Ingush State University opened its Medical Faculty in Russia and started providing a high-quality educational process for future medical specialists and giving them the ability to study medicine and study dentistry in Russia. On 28 February 1995, the Chechen-Ingush State University was renamed Chechen State University in Russia.
Irkutsk National Research Technical University was opened in May 1930 in Irkutsk city as the Siberian Mining Institute, to begin training for the gold mining industry in Russia. In 1938 Irkutsk State Technical University was renamed the Mining and Metallurgy Institute and in 1960 Irkutsk State Technical University became the Polytechnic Institute. Belgorod State University is one of the oldest universities in Belgorod and the largest university in the Belgorod region. Belgorod State University was established in 1876 as a pedagogical institute. In July 1996, University in Belgorod region became one regional university which is today known as Belgorod State University. In the national ranking of universities Belgorod State University holds 37th place among the best 100 universities. University offers undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses, and doctoral courses for 23,000 students from all regions of Russia. Sochi State University is a higher educational institution in the city of Sochi, Krasnodar Krai in southwest Russia. Located in several buildings in the central district of the city. In April 2017, it became one of the regional core universities. It is a member of the International Association of Tourism Education and Training in Europe, and a member of the UNESCO network and knowledge network of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). As of 2018, the university has 5 study faculties (tourism and service, economics and management processes, environmental engineering, socio-pedagogical, and legal), University of Economics and Technology College. Bashkir State University is a classic university in the city of Ufa of the Russian Federation which is also considered to be the first institution of Bashkortostan and one of the founders of the Association of Russian classical universities. Bashkir State University was established in 1909 as the Ufa Teacher Training Institute, and in 1919 Ufa Teacher Training Institute was transformed into the Ufa Institute of Education. In 1929 Ufa Institute of Education was established as Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute. In 1857 Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute received state university status and became Bashkir State University. For more than 100 years Bashkir State University has prepared highly qualified specialists for the different areas of the economy. In recent years Bashkir State University has become a major center for postgraduate education, which successfully operates 67 post-graduate courses and doctoral studies in 10 scientific specialties.
