Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering

General Information 

The Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is one of the largest universities in the Volga region, the leading scientific and methodological center for the training of bachelors, graduates, masters, and scientists in the field of construction and architecture, construction of highways, bridges, and airfields, operation and maintenance of transport equipment, organization of traffic, marketing, economics and management in transport and construction, land management, information systems and technologies and other branches of culture, architecture, and technology.

More than 6,000 local and international students annually enrolled in full-time courses, part-time forms of study, and in the form of external studies. University consists of 4 study institutes and 7 study faculties,  29 study departments, and more than 54 laboratories.

Currently, Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering enrolled more than 8,500 local and international students to study technical sciences, mechanical engineering, and IT science. Students have the option of studying undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses, and doctoral studies at quality Russian universities. 

This 90-year-old Russian university has a rigorous admissions process based on entrance exams and applicants’ previous academic records and ratings. Students from all around the world are invited to apply for admission. Accommodation and Housing 

Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering provides a student hostel for more than 1500 students. Students can get either an individual room or a double shared room. Rooms are equipped with modern furniture and bedding to make life there comfortable.

Students can find their national food being served in the hostel canteens and also many restaurants and other necessary food stores are nearby. The infrastructure is well-developed and the environment is friendly and safe. The rooms are well-furnished and clean. There are laundry rooms and dining areas as well. The hostel provides all needed facilities for students as modern furniture, changed bedding, TV, free Wi-Fi, reading rooms, studying rooms, a hostel library, a common kitchen, and separate bathrooms and toilets. Hostels are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance, so every student can feel safe and comfortable. Wi-Fi connectivity is accessible 24/7 to make studying and resting more useful.
