Far Eastern State Academy of Physical Culture
General Information
Far Eastern State Academy of Physical Culture is a higher educational institution in Khabarovsk. The Academy consists of 2 colleges, 7 faculties, 18 departments, the Preparatory Centre for foreign students, the School of Outstanding Sportsmanship, a scientific and research center, the Centre of Computer technologies, and information support of the process of physical education and sports. The Academy also provides postgraduate courses for its students.
University provides studying of Bachelor’s programs, Master’s programs, and Postgraduate programs for Russian students and develop advanced Master’s programs with English medium of instruction. Students and teaching staff at University are involved in a variety of research activities and grant programs in Russian universities and universities abroad.
University provides studying processes for local and international students from other countries. Due to numerous cooperation agreements with foreign universities and organizations, members of academic staff and students can participate in exchange programs and internships abroad to get new theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Accommodation and Housing
Heads of dormitories and the Student Board (student autonomous body) carry out character building in dormitories according to the complex plan, which includes the creation of necessary conditions for living, self-education, life and recreation, well-being, and allows to host mass cultural events and recreative sports, recreation evenings, literary soirees, dispute, mindset training, meetings with interesting people, etc.
The hostel provide all needed facilities for students as modern furniture, changed bedding, TV, free Wi-Fi, reading rooms, studying rooms, a hostel library, a common kitchen, and separate bathrooms and toilets. Hostels are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance, so every student can feel safe and comfortable. Wi-Fi connectivity is accessible 24/7 to make studying and resting more useful.
