VISA REQUIREMENTS

Visa requirements are the following:

Filled Visa Application Form
International Passport (Traveling Document valid not less than two years).
Original Invitation Letter from the University
Original School Certificates (A level/ SSCE/ HSSC , Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree if available. Documents should be legalized or apostilled by Russian Embassy)
General Health-Medical Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance in to Russia
HIV/AIDS test issued not more than 1 months before the entrance (showing the absence of HIV/AIDS)
2 Pictures 3.5 x 4.5 cm

P.S.: In some countries the Embassy of the Russian Federation requires the legalization of documents from specific departments.

Immigration and Arrival at Airport

We always pick up all our students at the airports of Russia and we will make the arrangement of transportation from an airport to the University. It is advisable to book all flights as soon as the student receives the visa.

It is compulsory for every student to inform us about their flight details because if our representative is not at the airport to receive a student, the student will be deported back to homeland.

Students who got their Russian visa have to inform us about their arrival details, so that a RECAS representative could meet the students at the airport. Please send us the scanned copy of the booked ticket as well as the visa minimum 5 days prior, so we could prepare all the arrangements.
