General Information
The Moscow State Industrial University was formed in 1960 and is a state institution of higher professional education in the Russian Federation. University is the best place to study in Russia and get quality education in Russia. University higher degrees allow students to be employed in the most famous international companies and organizations.
The university carries out the educational activity and prepares specialists in 13 engineering specialties, 5 economics specialties, and a legal specialty on internal and in absentia forms of training both on budgetary, and contractual basis. The university trained more than 20,000 international and local students. All students can pass improvement of professional skills in various education programs.
University has an integrated system of training compound of theoretical training of students with industrial activity at the base enterprises. They can take part in scientific research and continue training in postgraduate study.
MSIU has conducted education activities for more than forty years and has an invariable high reputation among higher education institutions in Russia. University provides Bachelor’s programs, Master’s programs, and Postgraduate programs for Russian students and develops advanced Master’s programs with English medium of instruction. Students and teaching staff at University are involved in a variety of research activities and grant programs in Russian universities and universities abroad.

Accommodation and Housing
Students will be offered accommodation in one of the University’s student hostels. Rooms are fully furnished (table, chairs, beds, shelf, wardrobe) and shared between 2-3 persons. Two rooms have a common shower and toilet. Rooms are shared with other students of the same gender, but in the same block, there can be students of the opposite gender as neighbors.
Dormitories have common kitchens and laundries, arranged common rooms, renovated and supplied by modern technology study rooms. Students can visit reading rooms and libraries with a huge amount of information resources useful for studying. The hostel has a convenient location, so everybody can go to the main study building by foot or bus.
