Perm State University
General Information
Perm State University is located in the city of Perm, Perm Krai, Russia. Founded in 1916, it claims to be one of the oldest universities in the Ural and eastern territories of Russia. University is the best place to study in Russia and get higher education in Russia.
Today, the university includes 12 study faculties, 77 study departments, and 2 study branches. It provides a quality studying process for more than 11,432 local and international students including 7,607 students in full-time courses. The university provides professional training for scientific specialists in 56 postgraduate specializations (there are about 250 postgraduate students) and 6 doctoral specializations. There are 14 dissertation councils, including 11 councils for the defense of doctoral theses.
Academic activities were conducted by 1229 researchers in 2022, including 164 doctors of sciences, professors, and 480 candidates of sciences, associate professors. University provides studying of Bachelor’s programs, Master’s programs, and Postgraduate programs for Russian students and develop advanced Master’s programs with English medium of instruction. Students and teaching staff at University are involved in a variety of research activities and grant programs in Russian universities and universities abroad.

Accommodation and Housing
Student Dormitory has eight rooms per floor, with 2-3 people per room. Each floor also has one kitchen and two toilets, and the basement has a shower. All rooms have access to free Wi-fi and are equipped with essential modern amenities like a pillow, blanket, bedsheet, beds, tables, and chairs that are already added to the basic necessity list. For student recreation gyms, reading rooms and sports complex facilities are also available.
Every hostel resident can use every common room in the building, including the library, gym, canteen, and resting rooms. All rooms are well-furnished and ready to use at every time and day. Every room is supplied with modern technologies such as computers, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, central heating systems, air condition systems, and audiovisual equipment.
