General Information
Rostov State Transport University (RSTU) is the oldest transport university in the south of Russia with rich educational traditions and famous graduates. During 90 years of its existence, the university made a good name and it is known as the southern outpost for education and science.
University has quality study materials and technical facilities. It offers students a wide variety of study programs, and research activities under the guidance of experienced scientists, teachers, and professors.
The Russian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students’ past academic records and grades. University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a university library, students dormitory, sports facilities, internships abroad, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
All students can take part in international exchange programs and internships abroad. University provides full-time studying and part-time studying in undergraduate courses in Russia, postgraduate courses in Russia, and doctoral studies in Russia.

Accommodation and Housing
The Rostov State Transport University is provided with fully furnished and aesthetically designed hostel facilities on the university campus on a sharing basis. The international students are provided beds on a sharing basis. Every hostel resident has free access to the University canteen and all common kitchens on every floor. The students will get access to available 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities in the hostel.
All modern amenities are available including pillows, blankets, bedsheets, beds, tables, chairs, etc. One common kitchen in every block of rooms is available for students to cook food on their own. Regular electricity and water supply are available for students.
