General Information
Volga State Engineering-Pedagogical University is one of the leading higher education institutions in Russia in the field of engineering and education and the only specialized university of this profile located in the European part of the Russian Federation. The Volga State Engineering-Pedagogical University celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2007. It is the best place to study in Russia and get a higher education in Russia.
University is a leading training and research center on engineering and education for the training of the system of primary education, secondary education, and higher vocational education. During its forty-year history, the university has become a leader in the system of engineering and educational education and has consistently occupied the 5-6th place of the rating of pedagogical universities in Russia since 2002.
The University is a member of the Bologna process. It provides studying of Bachelor’s programs, Master’s programs, and Postgraduate programs for Russian students and develops advanced Master’s programs with English medium of instruction. Accommodation and Housing
University provides comfortable supervised student residence halls, equipped with everything you might need within a 5-minute walk on campus, or maybe individual apartments, or living with a Russian host family.
The residence hall’s rooms are usually shared by two or three students. Each floor has a common meeting room. There is bed linen at the dorm, a small towel, and some kitchen stuff. Bathrooms and showers are also for common use. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby of the residence hall. Every hostel resident has free access to the University canteen and all common kitchens on every floor. The students will get access to available 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities in the hostel.
