Voronezh State University
General Information
Voronezh State University is one of the main universities in Central Russia, located in the city of Voronezh. The university was established in 1918. The university has 18 study faculties and an enrollment of 22,000 local and international students from Russia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia. University is the best place to study in Russia for international students, and local students, and get a recognized abroad Russian higher degree.
Besides, the university has 6 research institutes and 16 research laboratories administered by the Russian Academy of Science. The university is composed of 10 study buildings and 7 resident halls situated throughout the city. For over 90 years the University has trained more than 100,000 professionals.
The Russian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students’ past academic records and grades. University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a university library, students dormitory, sports facilities, internships abroad, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.

Accommodation and Housing
The University has two student dormitories in Voronezh, located near the study buildings. Rooms are equipped with modern furniture and bedding to make life there comfortable.
Students can find their national food being served in the hostel canteens and also many restaurants and other necessary stores are nearby. The infrastructure is well-developed and the environment is friendly and safe. The rooms are well-furnished and clean. There are laundry rooms and dining areas as well. The hostel provide all needed facilities for students as modern furniture, changed bedding, TV, free Wi-Fi, reading rooms, studying rooms, a hostel library, a common kitchen, and separate bathrooms and toilets.
